Paranoia

On the off-chance you look at my side boxes, you'll see that I recently read "The Ghost Map." It was a really interesting book about the 1854 London Cholera epidemic that spread via one waterpump. One guy, John Snow, basically did detective work to determine the paths of disease spread and came up with an innovative map format that is used in epidemiology (or so i think). Anyways, it was a well written book and i recommend it, even though the author tried to tackle a bit too much in the conclusion.

The point of this post is that cholera is nasty and I'm feeling a bit paranoid about it--so I keep washing my hands, etc.
