i have to interview this girl this morning and i'm really bitter about it. class of 06 and masters 08. BUT! she will start at my level and probably have a higher salary. 4 years of relevant experience plus other experience is equivalent to short internships and a masters? it seems messed up to me.
maybe i just got up on the wrong side of the bed. i have already poured my tea all over my desk.
